VGO PROMO / EDITORIAL POLICY

Separating sourced facts, direct observations, commercial placements and opinion across casino, skins and exchange coverage.

VGOPromo.comLast updated: 25 October 2026

Our publishing purpose

VGO Promo publishes practical information about promotional codes, referral incentives, gambling terms, casino operators, skin platforms and crypto exchanges. The editorial goal is to make eligibility, conditions, commercial relationships and risk easier for readers to evaluate.

Our editorial categories include crypto casinos, sportsbook and poker referrals, CS:GO/CS2 skins services and cryptocurrency exchanges. A referral code may identify an affiliate relationship without providing any extra user reward; we distinguish attribution codes from guaranteed bonuses.

Sources and evidence

Priority evidence comes from published operator terms, promotion pages, official support documentation, public regulatory records and direct account observations where lawfully tested. Community reports may alert us to issues but do not, on their own, prove that a bonus is currently available to everyone. Evidence levels are explained below.

What evidence means

  • Directly tested: an applicable account or redemption flow was personally checked. This description is used only when a test can be substantiated.
  • Operator-documented: an offer appears in official terms, a provider’s support material or a publicly available promotion page; it may still depend on account eligibility.
  • Third-party reported: a claim from community discussion, user reviews or another publisher that requires independent confirmation.
  • Unconfirmed, changed or expired: an offer should not be presented as currently available when evidence is missing or contradictory.

Accuracy, labelling and updates

  • State the actual offer or code without hiding material wagering, expiry, withdrawal or eligibility restrictions.
  • Differentiate current operator terms from archived offers, user anecdotes and unverified claims.
  • Describe tests accurately; do not imply a code was tested in an eligible account without supporting evidence.
  • Update changes in licensing or promotion status, and distinguish substantive corrections from routine copy edits.
  • Use publication and modification dates honestly; changing a year in the headline does not constitute verification.

Independence and advertisements

VGO Promo is funded in part through affiliate commissions and paid promotional placements. We distinguish commercial listings from editorial information, and compensation must not be presented as evidence that an operator is safe, licensed everywhere or better for every reader.

Sponsored positions should be clearly labelled, and referral commissions should be disclosed near recommendations or claim buttons. Commercial outbound links should also have appropriate link attributes. A footer disclosure alone is not sufficient. See Advertising & Promotional Services for the types of placements the site offers.

Authors, conflicts and review limits

Named bylines, editorial responsibilities and material conflicts should be accurate. A specialist article should disclose what was actually checked and when. We cannot independently audit every casino, exchange reserve, payout pathway or licence in every country; readers should treat an article as an evidence-based description, not a safety certification.

Corrections and complaints

Readers and platform representatives can report incorrect codes, changed bonus terms, misleading claims, broken referral links or undisclosed commercial relationships using the Contact page. Include the page URL, the disputed statement and, where possible, dated evidence.

We review substantiated reports and correct, clarify, date or remove material where warranted. Significant changes should not be disguised as routine date refreshes. A promotional year in a title is not proof that the offer was retested.

Safety boundaries

Gambling-related content should not target minors or imply that gambling solves money problems. Crypto-referral articles should not describe a trading bonus as profit or risk protection. A page’s existence does not establish legal availability; see Responsible Gambling.
