Data controller and contact
For website data-protection matters, the controller is LiMiT Company. VGO Promo is the editorial brand operated by that company.

You can generally read articles without opening an account with VGO Promo. Submitting a message, posting a comment or subscribing to a newsletter is optional, but the data needed to process that request is necessary for us to respond or provide that feature.

Specific processing depends on the services actually enabled on the site. These legal bases do not authorize tracking that requires prior consent without that consent.
Processors and destinations
We use WordPress to publish articles and accept site interactions. Depending on the features enabled, hosting, email, newsletter delivery, security/spam filtering and analytics providers may process the minimum information needed for those services. Earlier website notices identify Google Analytics; optional measurement and advertising technologies must be operated in line with visitors’ consent choices where required.
Some posts contain embedded third-party content or referral links. Once you open an external casino, exchange, video or gaming service, that provider handles its own registration, account, payment, KYC and device information under its separate privacy notice. VGO Promo does not receive the full payment credentials or verification documents you submit directly to those operators.
International transfers and security
Where personal information is processed outside the EEA, appropriate legal arrangements must be used where required, which may include adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards. We take proportionate measures to protect website data, but no online service can promise absolute security. Never send wallet seed phrases, gambling passwords or unnecessary identity documents to our editorial contact address.
We do not ask readers for wallet recovery phrases or gambling-platform passwords. Do not include this information in a contact form or public comment.
Retention and deletion
We retain information no longer than needed for the relevant purpose, considering the status of an enquiry or subscription, moderation, site-security investigations, legal duties and legitimate record-keeping. Public comments may stay visible until appropriately removed or anonymised. Newsletter subscription records remain relevant until unsubscribe and necessary suppression/consent-record retention.
Server logs and analytics histories are subject to the actual hosting and analytics settings. Requests to delete data are reviewed alongside applicable exemptions and legal retention requirements.
Your rights
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you, and correction of inaccurate information.
- Request erasure, restriction of processing or data portability when the relevant GDPR conditions apply.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable, including to direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent for newsletters or optional tracking, without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
- Submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP where applicable.

Cookies, children and policy updates
Our Cookie Policy explains optional technologies and consent choices. Gambling-related promotion is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit minors to join gambling services, and anyone under the applicable legal age should not use gambling referral offers. We may update this notice as the actual site technology changes, with a revised date on this page.
